Simple SealVFFS chipped ice & gel ice pack bagging line
A vertical form fill seal machine that takes ice straight from an ice chip machine and bags it — with a gel mode for liquid gel ice packs.

The customer needed to bag chipped / shaved ice coming straight off an ice chip machine — a cold, wet product that doesn't flow like a typical dry snack — and also wanted to produce gel ice packs on the same line.
What we customized- Fed directly from the customer's ice chip machine, so ice goes from the chipper into finished bags automatically
- Gel mode: fills and seals liquid gel into ice packs, which are frozen afterwards
- On-site installation and test run in Los Angeles
One machine now handles two products — bagged chipped ice and liquid gel ice packs. Watch the after-installation test in the video.
