Overview
A VFFS machine forms a bag from roll stock, fills it from above, and seals it in one continuous cycle. It's the most economical way to bag high volumes of free-flowing product.
Good for
- Chips & snacks
- Candy
- Rice & grains
- Powders
- Liquids & sauces
- Frozen foods

Bag seal styles

Fin seal
The two film edges meet face-to-face and seal into a fin — the most common back seal.

Lap seal
Film edges overlap and seal flat, using slightly less film.

Pinch seal
A pinched-bottom style bag.
Dosing & weighing options

Auger filler
For fine powders and granules like protein powder, flour, spices, and sugar.

Multihead weigher
The most common choice for small-to-medium pieces: snacks, nuts, candy, frozen items.

Piston pump filler
For liquids, sauces, gels, and pastes.
Built to your specs
Every machine we supply can be customized — speed, package size, materials, dosing and footprint are configured around your product and your plant, not a fixed catalog sheet.
Tell us a few details and we'll recommend the right configuration:
- Your product and how it flows (pieces, powder, liquid)
